Working Experience:
- In 1995, he went to the Kingdom of Cambodia to work in the direction of social services. There are multi-dimensional exchanges and contacts with local Chinese and overseas Chinese and government departments.
- In 2005, a forestry planting project was introduced for the Kingdom of Cambodia and landed in Kampot Province. In 2017, the investor safely proposed.
- In 2013, the focus of work moved forward to the Kingdom of Cambodia. In 2014, Phnom Penh City Hall (presided over by Deputy Mayor Kun Sheng at the time) cooperated and carried out a comprehensive work on the feasibility study and implementation of the Phnom Penh First Ring Road construction project.
- In 2015, he presided over the cooperation with the Development Bureau of the Ministry of National Defense of the Kingdom of Cambodia to carry out the preliminary work of the civil servant resettlement area project, land acquisition, planning and design, and feasibility study.
- In 2016, formally established N.G.Y Investment CO., LTD in the Kingdom of Cambodia to engage in agricultural project services, consulting and investment, and became a strategic consultant for ARDB.
- Entrusted by ARDB to provide a full range of consulting services for the construction of the National Grain Depot in the Kingdom of Cambodia. According to the request of Prime Minister Hun Sen, to avoid China’s rice quota to establish another legal channel, with the joint efforts of the company’s colleagues and institutions at all levels, this task was successfully completed in the second half of 2017.
- In 2016, N.G.Y Data Processing CO., LTD was established to provide a full range of technical services in the financial industry. Solution design and system engineering of large and small real-time clearing system, bank core system, billing system, card issuing system, mobile payment system.
- Engaged in UnionPay International’s overseas acquiring promotion. Cooperate with ARDB to provide WeChat Pay’s acquiring channel service business in the Kingdom of Cambodia. Provided modern financial advisory services to a number of local banks and financial institutions.
- In 2017, provided the overseas Cambodian Chinese Investment Corporation (OCIC) with the preparation of the preliminary overall planning for the project of “Offshore Financial Center of the Kingdom of Cambodia”, and worked with China Comprehensive Development Research Institute to compile the “Cambodia Offshore Financial Center – Government Economy and Social Benefit Calculation.
- In 2019, signed an MOU with CHING KOR IMPORT EXPORT CO., LTD to conduct comprehensive cooperation on the project of the modern service business cooperation zone in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
In 2019, as prompted by ARDB, the program design, project feasibility study and project implementation work were carried out for the Kingdom of Cambodia’s “National Vegetable Basket Project”.
