Oknha, Deng Pibing, a Chinese Cambodian, was born in Hunan, China in the 1980s, and came to Cambodia to start his own business in 2003. Oknha, Deng Pibing has successively engaged in communications, internet, software, development and human resources industries. In 2010, he participated in the establishment of Cambodia’s first Internet human resources platform. Later in 2017, he acquired the ISP company CAMBO TECHNOLOGY. In 2018, he obtained a Cambodian commercial Bank and insurance license and became a director of BIC Holdings (BIC International Commercial Bank and BIC Insurance). Oknha, Deng Pibing is actively investing in many industries such as banking, insurance, technology, real estate, tourism, internet, human resources etc., while he also keens on various social activities, charities, international cooperation and exchanges.
