Ngoun Kea is currently a member of National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BACK) and a Deputy of Angkor Notary Public of Cambodia.

Ngoun Keea received a Bachelor Degree of Law in 1997 (first promotion of law student in Cambodia) and graduated Master of Laws (private laws) in 2006 from Royal University of Law and Economics in Cambodia. He was recognized as Arbitrator of the first promotion and has received further training lately as trainer for legal profession from Japan and the United States of America. Ngoun Kea was born in 1975 two months after the Khmer Rouge took power, in Kampong Cham Province, the second largest provinces in Cambodia.

Ngoun Kea has conducted outstanding legal profession involving variety of subject matters which include job litigation, land issues, commercial litigation, company establishment and dissolution, and form proceeding for license and registration of a company, and shares transfer. He is specializing further in writing contracts of many kinds including commerce, property lease and sale, and construction.

Ngoun Keea is acting as Client Representative for a group of investors in the field of rice exports in Cambodia, Counsel for a transportation company, a company importing sport merchandise, and a company importing steel from China and Viet Nam.[/vc_column_text][/cz_popup][/vc_column][/vc_row]
